Job Description


Responsibilities: Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, offer letter, invoice, agreement. Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings with potential students. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable and online marketing duty. Manage student database and assist with student enrolment and coordination. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company\'s operations. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and utilities. Performing other relevant duties when needed. Requirements: -High school, diploma or a bachelor\'s degree in business, administration, or a related field. -1-2 or more years\' office administration experience. -MUST Fluent in Chinese communication skills -Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point). -Comfortable handling confidential information. Able to work independently. -Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
