Administrative Executive cum Receptionist
Location : The Pinnacle Persiaran Lagoon Bandar Sunway 47500 Subang Jaya Selangor
Working Hour : Monday - Friday; 09.00AM - 06.00PM
Remuneration : RM 2,500 - RM 2,800
Duration : 12-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY
- Manage the procurement of stationery and general office items including raising purchase requisition and purchase order in SAP system
- Manage the mobile phone contracts with telecommunication companies
- Point of contact for the cleaners and building management
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- Organize meeting/workshops including tea break and room arrangements
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Business Admin, Public Administration)
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as Administrative Executive cum Receptionist/related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Customer Centric & able to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
