Job Responsibility Handle all HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, administration and etc Update and maintain employees\' profile, including attendance and leave records Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files Handle monthly payroll and submit EPF, SOCSO + EIS and PCB to government statutory Liaise with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to human resources To handle foreign knowledge workers (FKW) application, renewal and other related matters Prepare required documentation for employment pass applications and follow-up with relevant local authorities as and when required Handle all general office administration related works such as expenses, rental, and renewal payments To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent Preferably with minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field or HR/Office Support administration skills Familiar with the Malaysia Immigration ESD/MDEC/MIDA work permit application rules and procedures is an added advantage Strong work ethic and integrity, and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Strong time management skills, well organized and motivated to exceed expectations Able to work as a team, independent and proactive Good command of English and Bahasa both written and spoken. Understand of Cantonese/ Mandarin is an added advantage Good computer knowledge Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point Job Benifits Salary range from RM2,500 - RM4,500, based on experience and skills.
