Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic pricing documents
Support costing analysis, including data entry and cost breakdowns
Maintain and update administrative records, spreadsheets, and reports
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for quotations and analysis
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document formatting, and email coordination
Assist with data collection, verification, and basic reporting
Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in
Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic understanding of costing, pricing, or financial concepts is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read, write, and speak in Chinese.
