The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years and above of relevant experience in a renovation or interior design firm. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
  • Assist in project management, including developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Track project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers as needed to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years and above of relevant experience as an administrator or project coordinator in a renovation or interior design firm.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Auto count) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
