• Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Human Resource Management / Public Administration recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.

• Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.

• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Electronic-Mail Functions. (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint, Gmail)

• Have basic knowledge of Virtual Learning Platform (Google, Zoom, Youtube).
• Have high level of motivation, disciplined and pleasant personality.

• Able to work in a team, multitask, flexible, committed and dedicated to work.

• Open minded and positive attitude.

• Possess high degree of integrity.

• Ability to manage social media account/website will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Successful candidates willing to be relocated within any IIUM Campuses (Gombak, Damansara, Kuantan, Gambang or Pagoh, Johor).
• Applicant should be a Malaysian citizen.
