Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, utilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Support employee welfare, discipline, and staff engagement activities.
Oversee purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and services.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers for cost efficiency and quality assurance.
Work with Finance/Accounts for timely vendor payments and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and health regulations.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies, and auditors.
Maintain proper filing systems for company documents, contracts, and certificates.
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations for management.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Supervise admin and purchasing executives/assistants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation.
Manage company licenses, permits, agreements, and renewal of regulatory documents.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and SOPs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration/office management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and general administration.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficient in MS Office, email, and HR/admin software systems.
Strong leadership, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
