Responsible for day to day operation as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Lead the service Team (Teller/Marketing)
Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily transaction
Developing new promotional program
Executing promotion programs as decided time to time
Developing promotional material and managing supplies
Holding/ leading meeting with corridor specific programs
Research on market competitiveness and recommend in the meeting
Taking feedback from the promotion teams and rectify coordinating relevant contact points
Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
External Relationship (CIT, Immigration, Vendors & other government officer & Foreign business partners)
Verifying monthly payroll.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures
At least 3-5 Year(s) of experience as Administrative Manager in managing team would be advantageous
Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good problem solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
Strong organizational, planning skills and ethical leadership abilities
Maximum age not more than 50 years old.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
