Job Description

Reports and work closely with the operation department. Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency. Coach and Train staff in customer service and product knowledge. SOP to be followed by outlet and be emphasize by operation. Co-operate and teamwork within department. To manage and supervise outlet staffs. To monitor and overseeing Sales. To monitor order / purchase. Reporting to General Manager on any issue unsettle and need urgency. Any request report from top management on outlet issues. Inventory Analysis.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
