Job Description


  • Proficiency in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia. ( Able to speak and write in Mandarin will add value)
  • Min. qualification to apply: SPM.
  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Support to marketing team
  • Attend walk-in customer
  • Answer incoming call
  • Prepare inventory report on monthly basis
  • Prepare cash sales report on monthly basis
  • Compile and submit complaint form
  • Prepare annual leave summary for Southern region on monthly basis
  • Compile proposal summary on monthly basis
  • Prepare petty cash summary
  • Office & showroom management
  • General administrative works
