Job Responsibilities: -Monitoring of company hostels and their maintenance -Management of transport -Monitoring of public area firefighting system -Monitor planter, driver, security and cleaner job -Make sure public area facilities in good condition such as aircon, walkie talkie, water dispenser and etc -Monitor the cleanliness and the hygiene of company area, handling in termite/pest control or other harmful substances and etc. -Updating progress of insurance claiming or deal with insurance agent and adjustor for any cases of insurance claim -Report to TNB or SAJ if there is any water and electricity problem occur at the factory or hostel.
