Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Experience: 2-4 years in administrative management
Age: 25-45 years old
Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management
Oversee office environment maintenance (cleanliness, safety, space planning)
Manage administrative budget and office supplies procurement
Coordinate logistics services (vehicles, canteen, reception, etc.)
2. Process Optimization
Develop and improve administrative rules and regulations
Establish contingency plans for emergency situations
3. Team Management
Lead the administrative team (reception, secretarial, logistics, etc.)
Develop performance evaluation standards
Organize professional skills training for team members
4. Cross-Department Communication
Act as a communication bridge between departments, resolving resource allocation issues
Plan and organize company events (annual gatherings, team building)
Enhance employee welfare and sense of belonging
5. Payroll Management
Handle payroll calculation and provide related HR administrative support
