Job Responsibility Oversee daily administration of the company Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries. Handle basic support requests during the implementation phase. Ability to produce high-quality documents, SOP s and customer journey Playbooks. Handle requests and queries appropriately via call / zoom Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data Create invoice/receipt for clients when needed Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines Any ad hoc task assigned Job Requirements Able to communicate Mandarin and basic English Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Great communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation capabilities with both customers and leadership.
