My Client:
My client is a global MNC in the Energy & Utilities sector with a strong and growing presence in Asia. With an APAC office based here in Malaysia, they are currently looking towards expansion and are looking to onboard a skilled, enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Support Executive to join their company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sales support & administrative duties to ensure a smooth day to day operations of the company.
- Supporting internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Logistics.
- Monitoring sales orders, production and enquiries.
- Communicate with internal logistics teams and external agencies to manage imports, shipments and custom clearance.
- Managing customer and vendor requests and feedback.
- Arranging business travel arrangements.
- Assist team in the production of reports and proposals.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Sales Support/Administrative function.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively within a specific timeline.
