Job Description
- Possess Strong Interest In Marketing & Business Development, With Min 1 Year Experience (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome)
- Posses own transportation - to meet agent out from office, out-goin
- Possess minimum Diploma or above
- Recruitment & sales support - recruit agents & handle agent daily enquiries
- Marketing planning & campaign coordination - for achieve sales target
- Talkative & friendly - People oriented, willing to offer help when agent ask for guidance
- Able to take sales target & review time to time to ensure meeting company target every month
- Weekly meeting and submit monthly report
- Support agent inquiry (via call or whatapps), (occasionally during weekend)
- Join & organise prospect or principle meeting (online or offline) , make announcement for whatever new updates to make horizontal communication with all layer of agents
- Knowing to use excel, word, basic canva design
- Commission is based on sales target scheme
- MC claim, toll claim, parking claim, entertainment fee
