Job Description


Job Responsibility Responsible and assist in foreign worker, including permit and passport renewal, cancellation, etc. FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up. Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the agency Ensure all permit renewal success before the expiry date for all foreign workers. Attend to government department for any related issue such as stamping, complain, abscond issue or other statutory as per request. Work closely with all parties on documentation and administration of foreign workers Keep the HR Manager & General Manager informed on all issues, decisions and any pertinent communication with any external party. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner To perform any other ad-hoc HR or admin duties and when assigned. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in handling foreign workers. Positive attitude and energetic with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign workers, human resource, and the operation team Possess valid Driving license and willing to travel to outstation Able to work under pressure, independently and have high integrity. Be on call where there are urgent matters related to foreign workers. Able to manage the job requirements and workload well under less guidance. Exposure in construction is a plus.
