Entering the 3rd year, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to foster an executive with a strong eye of detail who will oversee the overall administrative function in relieving all administrative duties along with excellent researching skills to identify and map prospective leads and the executives. This role will continually evolve into other areas of responsibility as the company grows and potentially progresses towards a higher role based on your performance.
Responsibilities
Administration
-Oversee the administrative process of uploading, editing and publishing newly acquired client(s) and job vacancies to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s ATS and GDrive.
-Monitor incoming job applications via email, and assign these applications to relevant consultants after conducting a preliminary screening.
-Assist the Director in formatting applicants\xe2\x80\x99 CVs before client submission.
-Submit quarterly reports to regulatory authorities; ensure candidates information is filled accurately and perform close follow-up with clients\xe2\x80\x99 forms in a timely manner.
Lead Generation
Perform lead generation function by researching list of potential clients and identify key personnel/decision-maker within the client organisation on a weekly basis.
-Billing/Invoicing & Credit Note
-Keep track of candidates placements\xe2\x80\x99 joining dates & Issue invoice to client within ATS in a timely manner
-Send follow-up reminder and chase for payment collections for debtor ageing.
-Prepare and Issue Credit Note to client when necessary
Other ad-hoc responsibilities include:

Requirements
-Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 of Degree or any other equivalent qualification
-Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites, as well as design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
-Min 1 year work experience, fresh graduates or graduating intern are welcome
-Possesses excellent administrative and research skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
-Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
-Ability to carry out duties as independently as possible.
-Strong attitude to get things done.
