Responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and Human Resources services in order to meet administration requirements and support services for MASB HQ and all MASB Airports.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
To prepare monthly stock report, control and keep all stationary item at the safe place and to ensure the stock is available at any time.
To update incoming or out coming mail, letter, memo related to Human resources and administration in t i server and to ensure the hardcopy will be file accordingly and retrievable within 5 working days.
To process payment for Smart pay for MASB Airports within targeted time given.
To process Travelling warrant and accommodation for all MASB staff and to comply with entitlement stated in CA and T&C.
To create purchase request (PR) and good received (GR) for office equipment and stationary for MASB HQ only and to comply with 3P (SAP module \xe2\x80\x93Procurement) .
To prepare and updated Man Power Planning summary Reports and to consolidate data received from all MASB airports every month every 15th of the month.
To follow up with airport based on vacancy report and to instruct airport to prepare e-srs for replacement
To approved and file certificate of Medical Leave (MC) for MASB HQ in the E-MASS system and file within 2 working day.
To dispatch any letter or memo to respective stakeholder within stipulated time
To update Master list Vehicle summary every month and to ensure the data is accurate and readiness
To update any staff movement for MASB airports such as transfer, resign, termination and etc in I server
To ensure Human Resource Procedures, Policies and SOP in place is retrievable and readiness
To ensure readiness of facility for onboarding for MASB Head Office such as ICT, stationary and etc
To process skeps system for MASB HQ staff attendance and to produce the report for Superior verification.
To process transfer of Ownership of MASB Airports vehicle within stipulated time
