Job Description


Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Ipoh for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including providing executive administrative assistance, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining appointment schedules and calendars, filing paperwork, and communicating with various parties effectively. Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Ability to maintain phone etiquette and communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Excellent clerical skills, including data entry, file management, and record keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizing and multitasking skills to manage various tasks effectively
  • Diploma or degree in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for both oral and written.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
