Job Description

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Continuous improvement ideal/task to improve TCB equipment and process performance to meet Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost indicators\' goal to support Intel products ramp.
• Partner with respective Engineering Team, manufacturing team and other area stakeholders to startup new tools installation, New product (NPI) activities, improve and define the critical equipment/process parameters to enable a successful startup and ramp of the factory.
• Skillfully to analyze the TCB bond profile, ability to catch out the abnormality through the KPP\xe2\x80\x99s signal and provide the equipment troubleshooting strategy and task list to minimize the USDT and avoid any yield/quality impact. Attend to escalation from Equipment Supervisor / Shift Technician and troubleshoot the hard down machines where you are assigned include checkpoint update to management/team for the progress review.
• Perform detail investigation and problem-solving data analysis (include all KPP\xe2\x80\x99s, signal and bond profile) to ensure equipment / tool is up and ready to support production with detail troubleshooting report.
• Align to product roadmap and build plan requirement, proactively work on collaterals ordering and tool fungibility qualification across links to support capacity ramp.
• Able to lead and provide coaching/ training to sustaining team and manufacturing workforce to improve their technical competency.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a team to support factory tool and equipment install/Qualification to meet critical schedule.
• Ability to lead team and high influence for operation workforce to improve and meet organization objective/goal.
• Setup of pre-production conversion and lead tool and product conversion with quality job to ensure manufacturing delivery smoothly.
• Call out any product/equipment performance gaps vs expectations and closely work for improvement with TCB stakeholders.
• Work performed within generally defined parameters.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: 1.Diploma in Engineering (mechanical, Electrical and Engineering) or 5+ years of hands-on relevant experience. 2.Good in bond profile and Key Performance Parameters (KPP) knowledge and expert in data analyzing. 3.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel) and ability organization data. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of thermodynamic system, and vision recognition system. 2. Ability to perform equipment in limited space, deal with chemical (N2, Flux and others approved liquid) 3. Ability work in shift pattern if require. 4. Windows computer operating systems and Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Avionics Electronics and digital circuitry End-user computer skills and navigation, electronic systems troubleshooting and maintenance. 5. Testing, repairing, and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics, technical data, and test equipment. 6. Interpret complex electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system repair manuals. 7. Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment systems. 8. Mechanical and/or electrical measuring devices such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, metrology, and calibration equipment
