Why does this job exist and why is it critical The key focus is to ensure the delivery of maximum benefits and impact to the company in delivery of the overall ambitions through the transformational projects/programmes across the physical/digital channels while leveraging data analytics and insights generation. Job holder will be primarily responsible for coordination of all channel requirements within the company. This is a critical function to ensure that Maxis is well differentiated in channel and customer experience in line with the company\'s vision. What are you accountable for Active role in designing Channel Transformation orchestration, which would include formulation of Channel ambitions and customer experience in the context of One Channel inspirations, planning of channel redesign/progression, identification of core capabilities and needs for business process changes. Strategic programme lead for covering various channels which would include channel experience design in terms of formulation of channel strategies, channel economics, channel redesign, customer experience, identification and development of key IT capabilities, business processes, RFX scoping/assessments etc. Generating actionable insights and formulating growth opportunities covering various channels through intensive data analytics, market research, ideation, experimentation, customer/prospects management activities, etc. in order to create differentiated customer experience across all digital and physical channels and achieve company\'s growth ambitions Play pivotal role as a channel transformation representative in engagement with business users to define business requirements to gather and understand the business requirements, and to ensure alignment with the company\'s business ambitions and customer experience principles. Proactively look for trendsetter ideas/solutions and research on industry and related events, publications, and announcements, etc. to develop new capabilities and process transformation to drive the progression of Maxis channels. External partner engagement to locate or propose potential business opportunities by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities which could also result in direct engagement in developing and implementing identified technology enhancements Provide support in management reporting, presentations and project updates to various programme steering committees and key stakeholders. What do you need to have for this role Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years in telecommunications or retail industries preferred. Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred. Data analytics / scientist / commercial management background is preferred Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written command of English Tech savvy and computer literate.
