Purpose:

• Technical support to Advanced Refractories Industrial Products (IP) for the region of South East Asia.

• Estimating refractory project costing, drafting, making refractory engineering drawing, manage refractory project execution, maintain quality assurance during project execution, RFQ handling and BOQ calculations

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring turnaround project.

• Support pre-sales technical bidding activities by responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP, preparing and delivering technical presentation and demonstration with technical sales manager.

• Support after sales technical activities by responding to customer complaints/concerns, preparing and delivering technical presentation and demonstration with technical sales manager.

• Responsible on the maintenance of refractory application equipment base in PK.

• Review and monitor all installed AR IP products performance.

• Support operation requirements for technical product drawings

• To control, monitor and manage material forecast for IP Malaysia

• To be PIC for consumables sales in IP Malaysia

Reports to: Sales Manager, Industrial Products

Key Result Areas:

• Providing technical input to support linings sales.

• Support presales technical bidding activities by responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP, preparing and delivering technical presentation and demonstration.

• Support project start up, planning, coordinating and monitoring turnaround project.

• All machinery for product application

• Support after sales service and production forecast

Problem Solving / Complexity:

• Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s complain on quality and product performance

• Monitor installation project

• Forecast production material

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or related experiences.

• At least 3 - 5 years working experience.

• Proficiency in mechanical design with ability to use Autocad, Solidworks, ProEngineer or etc. CAD software.

• M&E background and project management background are an advantage.

• Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential.

• Able to travel overseas within South East Asia region will be an advantage.
