Job Description


As a Projects Manager , you are required to provide exceptional management and support for ongoing projects. You will work closely with our global brand team to ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. You are a doer who loves detail and in-depth organisation. This is a busy role which requires serious planning and juggling skills to manage multiple projects of varying complexity. This role is not just about organising and delegating, you will be responsible for doing much of the doing too! We will be looking at your experience and expertise to help improve our processes internally and for our partners or vendors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor projects daily and proactively suggest solutions and recommendations to the team on how to achieve the best project outcome. Apply knowledge and understanding of the business to deliver best project outcomes. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with teams across the group and its entities. Coordinate and escalate any project issues with the team effectively. Map out the annual brand plan Ensure ongoing changes to projects are reflected accurately in a timely manner Establish timelines and responsibilities for self and others Oversee all project logistics Keep up-to-date with industry news & trends Work alongside potential brand partners and agencies Lead strategic conversations that help rethink and reimagine the way we communicate with current and future consumers Work agile and react quick to new information and direction Service internal departments to maintain brand consistency in application & execution relevant to their requests Participate in ad hoc internal projects as required Ongoing review of processes and process improvement KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking Strong presentation and communication skills Team player Effective time management Proven organisational skills QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years in marketing or advertising field. Bachelor\'s degree in branding, marketing, management, or any related field. Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is an added advantage Experience with campaign management Experience with different project management methodologies We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
