Job Description


  • Create and implement advertising and promotional strategies to boost awareness and performance.
  • Develop a branding strategy to enhance and establish the brand image.
  • Design an annual advertising and promotions plan aimed at improving sales performance.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenses remain within the approved limits.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all expenditures related to advertising, promotions, public relations, visual merchandising, and other operational activities.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance the return on investment for marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluating marketing activities and campaigns against the company\'s policies, objectives, and target market by providing analytics and insights.
  • Manage event management, advertising and PR agencies to create the annual advertising and promotions plan that aligns with corporate and brand image.
  • Set standards for the delivery of advertising and promotional materials to ensure they meet project deadlines, including publications.
  • Manage and develop strategic communication channels such as traditional print and electronic media (ATL), BTL, digital marketing, OOH, etc.
  • Coordinate internal communications between the Tenancy Relations team and tenants.
  • Handle external communications, including media and public relations.
  • Identify and build business relationship for joint promotions with strategic partners.
  • Handle the management of promotion booths and spaces by planning and securing complementary brands and products that align with the business model, corporate branding, and thematic initiatives.
  • Manage advertising space by planning and securing complementary brands and products.
  • Understand the diverse business models and concepts of tenants to ensure the effective execution of campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Set measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for all advertising and promotional activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Create a loyalty points program that aligns with the business model and delivers additional value to customers.
  • Ensure smooth execution of advertising and promotions activities by Build cordial and professional working relations with other departments / units.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in advertising and promotions, digital innovations, and communication channels, and make relevant recommendations to enhance advertising and promotional efforts in alignment with corporate and brand image.
  • Assist in managing the overall creative and merchandising aspects of the Mall.
  • Develop and implement high-quality visual displays, including internal Mall decorations, outdoor presentations, and special projects, to support advertising and promotional functions.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop visual concepts and designs for all collateral, promotional materials, and advertising and publicity materials.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards for visual displays and tenants\' promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, objectives, and the Mall\xe2\x80\x99s identity.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of all Visual Merchandising and Display (VMD) tools, equipment, materials, props, and decorations.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and creative concepts that enhance promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and display contractors regarding materials, costs, timing, schedules, and coordination for the Mall\xe2\x80\x99s final set-ups merchandising and decorations.
  • Oversee the set-up and dismantling processes to ensure compliance with promotional guidelines.
  • Ensure that all visual displays adhere to established quality standards, aligning with the Mall\xe2\x80\x99s policies, objectives, and identity.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by your superior that are relevant to this role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in advertising, promotions, and branding, preferably within a retail or mall environment.
  • Ability to create and implement effective advertising and promotional strategies that enhance brand awareness and performance.
  • Expertise in developing and executing branding strategies to strengthen brand image and establish market presence.
  • Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to approved limits.
  • Skill in setting and maintaining quality standards for advertising and promotional materials, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with corporate identity.
  • Innovative mindset with a flair for developing creative concepts and solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and online advertising techniques.
