Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role to assist in planning, coordinate, and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns to effectively meet the marketing objectives and manage all touch points effectively for Digital Financial Services business.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) campaign to effectively.
• Analyse market trends and identify key growth opportunities and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
• Assist in promotional activities with product teams and agencies.
• Monitoring and tracking campaigns/ projects performance by providing campaign reports from time to time.
• Establish and improve day-to-day operations to achieve optimal efficiency.
• Good sense of data analysis, able to polish all sources of raw data into powerful consumer insights and develop effective communication strategy based on the insights.
• Assist in administrative work & department\'s budgeting
• Assist in website content management
• Assist in social management

• Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Comms
• At least 1-2 years of experience in coming up with marketing plans and executing marketing campaigns/ GTM activities in a fast-paced and technology-led industry. Preferably with an e-commerce industry background.
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proofreading.
• Able to understand and analyse market trends in detail by studying internal and external data.
• Brief understanding of the financial technology ecosystem.
• Efficiency in executing ad hoc and fast turn over campaigns.
