Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marcom cum Sales Executive to promote and sell our hotel packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital campaigns on various social media platforms, including our own website. Besides, the candidate will assist the Sales Manager to engage with customers and close sales. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong social media presence, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to increase hotel brand awareness and generate sales.
• Engage with potential customers and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Utilize sales techniques to recommend and promote the best hotel packages to customers to achieve sales targets.
• To assist Sales Manager to monitor sales trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for our hotels.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and hotel packages recommendations

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, creation of contents/flyers/etc, preferably in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong social media presence and experience in managing social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret data to drive business decisions
