Greet and assist patients at the front desk, and notify staff upon their arrival.

Schedule and coordinate aesthetic procedure appointments with the doctor.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients to the right person when needed

Register patients, manage bookings, and handle payments smoothly.

Dispense medications and clinic supplies as instructed.

Support general administrative work, including monthly stock checks.

Prepare and record medical bills, invoices, and daily cash transactions.

Use basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, for daily tasks.

Keep the front desk area neat, tidy, and professional.
->
Share updates on new products and services with patients.
->
Assist the Clinic Manager with any additional admin tasks.
Working hours : 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
