Identify and recruit new affiliates, media partners, and KOLs in the Mexican Gaming and entertainment market.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships to increase acquisition and engagement results.
Negotiate commission structures, campaign deliverables, and partnership terms aligned with company goals.
Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal creative, performance, and compliance teams to ensure effective execution.
Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance, providing recommendations for optimization and growth.
Ensure all campaigns and content adhere to brand guidelines and regional Gaming regulations.
Support Spanish language communication, translation, and localization for partner marketing materials.
Keep abreast of affiliate marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities within the LATAM region.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) -- native or near-native level Spanish proficiency preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development (experience in Gaming or betting industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of the LATAM/Mexican digital marketing and affiliate ecosystem.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to maintain positive business relationships.
Analytical mindset with experience using affiliate tracking tools or performance dashboards.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple partnerships independently.
