Job Requirements
At least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any fields
At least 1 years customer service (IT Support) experience is preferable
With 2 years Customer Service experience in Spanish speaking are welcome
Excellent written, oral in Spanish + English Language due to market support needed
Able to start work immediately preferable
Good at troubleshooting both software / hardware issues
Willing to work in rotating shift
