Possess technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through troubleshooting Deliver a great customer experience by showing empathy, professionalism, and taking full ownership of each case. Respond to customer-submitted emails in a timely manner Guide customers through step-by-step solutions Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their inquiries

Job Requirements



At least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any fields At least 1 years customer service (IT Support) experience is preferable With 2 years Customer Service experience in Spanish speaking are welcome Excellent written, oral in Spanish + English Language due to market support needed Able to start work immediately preferable Good at troubleshooting both software / hardware issues Willing to work in rotating shift
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
