We have an immediate opening for an Afterhours Travel Consultant (Japanese Speaking) to join our expanding Afterhours Operations Team. By joining this team, you will have:

As an Afterhours Travel consultant you will be available during the afterhours on the phone and email online sales and booking service, you are all about delivering amazing travel experience (D.A.T.E) to our valuable corporate clients to help them resolve their issue during emergency times. You will aim to ensure that your clients are your top priority and make them feel that we are there to help them at every step of the way. What we need from you?
  • Good command of business-level Japanese language. Qualifications e.g. JLPT N2 and above would be an advantage
  • A solid background in travel consulting or airline reservation with demonstrated customer service experience, a minimum of 2 years
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts (include night shift) and/or weekends (only 5 working days per week)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment involving usage of multiple computer systems
  • An open and willing-to-learn mindset
  • Contribute to a motivated & supportive team environment
  • Confident in emergency ticking support
  • Experience with GDS, Amadeus experience being an advantage
  • Solutions focused mindset and demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a creative manner
  • Ability to handle irate customers
  • Excellent verbal and written English language
