Job Description


As an Afterhours Travel consultant you will be available during the afterhours on the phone and email online sales and booking service, you are all about delivering amazing travel experience (D.A.T.E) to our valuable corporate clients to help them resolve their issue during emergency times. You will aim to ensure that your clients are your top priority and make them feel that we are there to help them at every step of the way. What we need from you? A solid background in travel consulting or airline reservation with demonstrated customer service experience, a minimum of 2 years Previous experience in afterhours experience highly desired but not necessary Contribute to a motivated & supportive team environment Confident in emergency ticking support Experience with GDS, Amadeus experience being an advantage Solutions focused mindset and demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a creative manner Ability to handle irate customers Excellent verbal and written English language A competitive, performance based remuneration package is offered based on experience and skills.
