Provide support in term of customer and supplier payment, stock checking and after-sales service
Responsible to compile and cross check reports (monthly sales, monthly customer feedback, staff training, warranty and dealer parts order).
To ensure parts are inline with stock reports by conducting stock check periodically.
To assist in liasing with customers with any issues arise and work inline with technical team internally and external.
Monitor admins day-to-day task such as documentation and filing.
