Job Specifications:

2. At least certificate in Mechanical / Automotive with 5 years experience in similar industry.
3. To responsible for the daily works within the department as assigned including duties and jobs beyond stipulated working hours and scope of work, ad hoc tasks instructed upon Management request.
4. To responsible to ensure aftersales service of the dealership meets the requirements and policies set up by the Management and Principal.
5. To meet with Operation Director and General Manager at least once a month to review current service department performance, service personnel performance, set future performance objectives, promotional activities and / or any other.
6. To standby on IDM round-the-clock roadside assistance when required, including evenings and weekends.
7. To conduct and attend meetings to discuss related activities and / or issues of mutual interest within the department.
8. To assign duties and responsibilities to staff following their work requirements. To ensure staff has complete understanding of their job profile requirements and related responsibilities.
9. To oversee the overall activity of the department and ensuring all staff to practice safety policies at all time. All major and minor accidents to be reported immediately to the superiors.
10. To observe and evaluate staff performance and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service as well as to identify training needs.
11. To provide technical support to mechanics where required and / or necessary.
12. To manage staff related issues with sound judgement in line with authority prior to upward escalation if and when required.
13. To assist in monitoring the overall fiscal discipline of the department.
14. To monitor and provide analysis of workshop tools and equipments requirements.
15. To train to inform staff on the correct use and maintenance of workshop equipment in ensuring work productivity and completion.
16. To assist in analysis of technical failure involving all parts and machinery.
17. To carry out repair works that is sensitive and / or beyond the mechanic\'s skills to ensure an efficient and professional work completion.
18. To ensure job orders are issued before every repairing job and to test vehicle upon task completion when / if required.
19. To ensure service tools, equipment and stock records are up to date and complete.
20. To obtain competitive bids on all tools, equipments, sublet repairs, supplier, etc.
21. To schedule periodical inspection on all equipments and tools to ensure equipments are in proper working condition.
22. To organize, control and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency, ensuring parts and accessories availability.
23. To minimize stock discrepancy according to target set by Management.
24. To plan and carry out sales actions, control and analysis as well as preparing business pan, sales and purchase target by monthly/quarterly/biannually.
25. To ensure fast moving parts are ordered timely by part assistant to avoid stock shortage.
26. To ensure warranty claims for discrepancies, or damage to be submitted in time to avoid any loss.
27. To observe Isuzu customers\' demands and develop proper procedures to quickly secure back-ordered parts.
28. To furnish the department with objectives and goals forecast and strive to fulfil them.
29. To achieve monthly sales target set by company and submit Monthly Performance Report to the Management.
30. To provide analysis and long term projection of spare parts required.
31. To ensure all reports required by the Management and Principal to be submitted on time and data intergrity in check.
32. To report to Management any circumstances which could compromise with the SOPs implemented and laid out by the company to maintain customer satisfaction.
33. Inculcate a customer service and teamwork mindset among the staff to achieve service excellence and efficiency.
34. To monitor staff performance and evaluate by issuing tasks and ensuring they are completed with efficient and professional.
35. To anticipate necessary needs and requirements of the outlet for staff and service improvements in line with the company\'s target and policies.
36. To establish proper repair order flow to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of process.
37. To establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage continual and referral business.
38. To ensure all customers\' feedback and complaints are deal with promptly and effectively. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Education:
