Role Description We are seeking a full-time Agency Executive to join the team in Johor Bahru. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work. As an Agency Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Caliph\'s agency force, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and achieving business targets. You will also help manage multiple projects, teams, and timelines, while collaborating closely with business partners and stakeholders to drive success. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in financial services, insurance, or related industries Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with clients and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business targets, generate revenue and manage budgets Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM systems Positive attitude, self-starter, and adaptable to change
