WE ARE LOOKING FOR Position Overview: Oversee Agency Related Expenses (ARE) to ensure that budgets are allocated appropriately and used according to plan. Improve and administers reporting and/or analysis to better support ARE efficiency. Manages agency office related expansion, optimisation, relocation and major renovation projects. Administers and manages the Agency Contest R&Rs, Agency Compensation Handbook and other policy management related documents/publications to support the business requirements. Supervise fulfillment of the Agency Contest\'s monetary (Payment Advise) and non-monetary done accurately and timely. Responsibilities: 1.Agency Related Expenses (ARE) Management: Budget Collaborates with executives, Finance and Management to develop ARE budget. Provide analysis and strategic input to facilitate high level decision making by Management. ARE Reporting & Monitoring Monitor spending to ensure it support the financial and sales target set by Management. Conduct analysis, initiate, or recommend appropriate actions to ARE stakeholders, aiming to: identify financial or operating risks associated with the ARE. provide projection, cost benefit analysis, reports to Management as required or requested. Ensure all BAU reporting are submitted timely and accurately. Conduct regular validation on the forecast based on latest position, facilitate Management in re-channeling the budget to optimize the business strategy/goals. Cross Charging Formulate cross-charging mechanism to APTB and other business units for ARE related charges. Communicate with other business unit stakeholders on issue related to cross charging. Ad-hoc and regulators Provide support to ARE queries raised by auditor, regulators, Management or other stakeholders. 2.Agency Policy Management: Agency Contest and Fulfilment: Participate in discussion for agency contest design and assist in building the business case. Ensure R&Rs are communicated to agency office clearly and timely. Validate payments and contest fulfilments are done accurately and timely by the team. Supports on enquiries on post contest and fulfilments. Functional Processes and SOPs Close the gap on agency\'s current processes and SOP to ensure AIA interests are protected with consideration of the agency force sentiment. Initiate reviews and enhances existing processes/SOPs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation. 3.Data Analytics: Support in analysis work to close any business gap and help to drive the business further. Communicate with stakeholders on the analysis findings. Using both quantitative and qualitative data to support the Team to formulate initiatives to drive the business further. Minimum Job Requirements: Min 2 years of work experience in Financial / Insurance Industry / Campaign Design or Management is preferred. Good business acumen and analytical. A meticulous approach to work. Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
