WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideate, plan and execute agent & customer engagement strategy across various touchpoints; including creating reaching out strategy / programs to optimize engagement, deepen relationship and maximise cross-sell conversion.

  • Defining agent and customer experience journey and identify the various AIA touch points involved to create reaching-out and engagement strategy that matches customer behavior, needs and life stage cycle
  • Segmenting and differentiating agent and customers\xe2\x80\x99 database to identify and prioritize relevant segment(s) engagement and determine needs and offerings (cross-sell opportunities);
  • Design value proposition & go-to-market approach to target identified customer segment. This includes planning, launch and execute email and app nurturing communication, supported with tactical reward program etc with ultimate objective of attracting customers to drop lead for AIA agents to connect, thus providing cross-sell opportunity to agents.
  • Drive agents leads act on rate on lead acquired, in order to monetize cross-sell opportunities from point (3) above
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally in Agile Tribe structure with stakeholders from Agency Distribution, Marketing and IT for the execution of go-to-market propositions.
  • Work with Marketing to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our Customers and Agents and optimise marketing content/messaging accordingly
  • Identify issues and identify potential gaps in strategy/execution, recommend corrective action and work on devise corrective action as appropriate.
Plan, launch and execute strategies to drive adoption and usage of digitalization initiatives e.g. mobile applications, e-platforms etc to empower Agency cross-selling and up-selling to New and Existing customers
  • Lead change management roll down plan by translating initiatives into actionable execution items by creating awareness of the initiatives launched and driving agent adoption. This includes developing launch materials (training deck, posters, video ideas) and conduct roll down and refresher courses to Agency Executive front liners and Agents.
  • Collaborate with Agency Communications team to create posters, videos and various communication materials to drive adoption and consistent usage for AIA digital platform across agents\xe2\x80\x99 Prospect, Sell, Manage and Service journey.
  • Continuously provide regular communications / updates and reminders and conduct regular engagement activities to ensure that agent adoption and usage of AIA digital tools are growing and meet/on track to meet target
  • Provide value-added feedbacks through engagements with Agents and conduct Agent Focus Group for app enhancement / improvement.
  • Revising /re-launching initiatives as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of goals
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Degree holders in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related)
  • At least 10 years working experience in campaign management, managing and driving results from sales campaigns/contests, marketing or loyalty programs or related
  • Able to prepare presentation slides with good presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel with ability to perform analysis from given set of excel data
  • Fluent in English and local languages and able to interact with all levels of people
  • Result oriented individuals with strong follow through abilities
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Preferably individuals working in the financial services industry
