The Core Job: You need to develop the Agency Channel from aspects, inclusive of Training, Sales Platform Ensure the CPD hours is fulfilled by the end of the year Be involved in the Learning Management System Improvise the training roadmap up to 80% usage of the online learning platform Ensure the new recruit is kept with us for a longer term Education/Experience: At least 2 years' working experience Extra Bonus Points for: Must have attitude: Excellent in communication skills Result driven rockstar An ownership person We look after our tribe really well!
