We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. We work with clients across Insurance, Banking, IT & Services Industry and some of the most respected clients in their field.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Development Manager to find the right candidates for clients
Gather information to establish the candidate’s suitability for vacancies and gain agreement for their CVs to be submitted.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates by establishing rapport quickly.
Build up personal networks maintain accurate candidate records in the database
Effectively use job boards, social media, personal networks and the Capital database to obtain quality candidates.
Work effectively within a team, whilst self-managing.
Maintain a working knowledge of permanent, contract terms & country specific regulation.
Taking responsibility for hitting financial targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.
Skills and Requirements
Results orientated, and be self-motivated.
Strongly motivated by commission, achievement and recognition.
A positive professional attitude and awareness of employer brand and the importance of own personal brand.
A professional telephone manner and able to use all forms of communications appropriately
Exposure and experience in Technology (IT) will be an added advantage
Has the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
