Job Description
Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
Excellent command of spoken & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Additional language is an advantage.
Possess initiative & able to work independently.
Ability to work in a challenging environment.
Ability to assist team to provide problem solving for various customer service issues.
