Requirements

• Min Diploma in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science, Forestry or related field.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in plantation management or similar fields will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Language required(s): Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking customers), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, good leadership qualities, passionate and determined to complete tasks on hand.
• Passionate in gardening is desired.
• Adaptable and able to work as a team.
• Willing to travel to various locations including outstation to visit Company\'s plantations.
• Open to work Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm with 15 mins break, twice a day.

Responsibilities

• Responsible on the overall group plantations in Selangor and Penang, focal person with on-site and in-charge personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of headquarter\'s green projects and landscape.
• Perform site audit when necessary and feedback on plantation condition & progress to senior management.
• Provide monthly reporting and monitor production KPIs on all plantations.
• Create, Educate and Promote \xe2\x80\x9cUrban Farming\xe2\x80\x9d for the company.
