In charged of overall group plantations in Selangor and Penang, including personnel at all sites;
Oversee day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of headquarter buildings\xe2\x80\x99 green projects and landscape;
Perform site audit when necessary and feedback on plantation condition and progress to senior management;
Provide monthly reporting and monitor production KPIs on all plantations;
Create, Educate and Promote \xe2\x80\x9cUrban Farming\xe2\x80\x9d for the Company.

; Requirements: -

Diploma/ Advance/ Graduate Diploma in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science, Forestry or related fields.
10 years supervisory experience in plantation management or similar fields will be added advantage
Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, Malay and English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic and able to work outdoor most of the time
Hands-on leadership qualities, passionate and determine to complete tasks on hand.
Passion in gardening is desired.
Adaptable and able to work as a team.
Willing to travel to various locations to visit Company\xe2\x80\x99s plantations
Able to work 6 days a week

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
