About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and talented 3D Visualization Artist to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the entire 3D visualization pipeline - from creating accurate models of industrial robotic systems to producing stunning final renders and animations. Your work will directly support our marketing, sales, and engineering teams by transforming complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled generalist who excels in both the technical and artistic aspects of 3D visualization within an industrial and manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities3D Modelling & Asset Creation

Develop accurate, to-scale 3D models of robotic cells, tools, fixtures, and industrial setups based on CAD files, technical drawings, and reference materials Clean, optimize, and convert complex CAD models for efficient rendering and animation Maintain consistent modelling standards and a well-organized, accessible asset library

Rendering & Visual Output

Produce high-quality, photorealistic static renders for brochures, website visuals, presentations, and marketing campaigns Create realistic materials, lighting setups, and environments that align with premium industrial aesthetics Ensure visual consistency in style, color grading, and overall quality across all outputs

Animation & Motion Graphics

Create smooth, accurate 3D animations showcasing robotic motion, toolpaths, workflows, and complete process sequences Design effective camera movements, motion paths, and transitions to highlight product capabilities Export and optimize animations for various formats including video content, social media, and event displays

Collaboration & Workflow Management

Serve as the visual communication bridge between Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, intuitive visual explanations Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to deliver polished outputs within established timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Portfolio:

3+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization with a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating excellence in modelling, rendering, and animation

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in industry-standard software (e.g.,

Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D

for modelling/animation;

V-Ray, Corona, or Cycles

for rendering;

Adobe Creative Suite

for post-production)

CAD Competency:

Experience working with and converting CAD files (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks)

Aesthetic Excellence:

Strong eye for lighting, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling

Technical Understanding:

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand mechanical motion

Project Management:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or robotics visualization Knowledge of real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine 5, Unity) Experience with PBR texturing workflows (Substance Painter/Designer) Background in motion graphics or video editing Understanding of robotic programming or automation concepts
