Job Description

Perform the role of an Architect in design and project management for residential, mixed development, commercial or master plan environment; Conduct feasibility studies, prepare concept and schematic design drawings, design development, construction detailed drawings and building contract drawings; Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
Liaise with Client Representatives and Consultants at meetings to ensure project objectives are met;

Perform administrative and professional architectural works by managing projects from inception through implementation stage; Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel consisting of Architects, Engineers, Designers and external Consultants to drive building excellence in architectural practices; and Ensure design quality and works are carried out to the specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. Full Time Location : Setia Alam, Shah Alam Have Transport Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm) Sunday Offday
Assisting architects in schematic design, submission, tender and construction
- Possess at least a Degree or equivalent to Assistant Architect
- Possess at least a Diploma for Draughts person
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-up software
- Capability in 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with strong background in technical requirement
- Matured, proactive and ability to work independently with focus on task completion and dateline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
