Job Responsibilities
Assist Online Sales team with admin-related follow-up and documentation.
Handle customer information, submission forms, and required paperwork.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing submissions.
Coordinate internally between sales, submission team, and management.
Support day-to-day administrative operations within the team.
Maintain proper records, data tracking, and documentation updates.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of admin or related experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills (Malay/English).
Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced workflow.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and organised.
Friendly, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
