Position: Admin Executive


Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Rest Hours:

1.5 hours/day

Work Days:

6 days per week (rotational rest day - Sat or Sun, discussed during interview)

Location:

20, Jalan Perniagaan Setia 1/10, Taman Perniagaan Setia 2, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor

Annual Leave:

14 days

Performance Bonus:

Up to 2 months

Increment:

Up to 8%

Team Structure:


Each team consists of 3 pax:

Online Sales Admin Follow-Up Admin (Submission) Company is expanding from

3-4 teams

to

15 teams

Job Responsibilities



Assist Online Sales team with admin-related follow-up and documentation. Handle customer information, submission forms, and required paperwork. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing submissions. Coordinate internally between sales, submission team, and management. Support day-to-day administrative operations within the team. Maintain proper records, data tracking, and documentation updates.

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of admin or related experience is preferred. Strong communication skills (Malay/English). Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced workflow. Detail-oriented, responsible, and organised. Friendly, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
