Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
Ensure new hires are equipped with all necessary resources, documentation, and information.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF contributions.
Assist with performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
2?. Administration & Operations
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and well-maintained facilities.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and company-wide activities, including venue bookings and logistics.
Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative compliance.
3?. Employee Support & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies in line with Malaysia's Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
Promote a positive work culture and maintain strong employee relations.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Language: Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with regional stakeholders.
