Assembly Process Engineers

to join our growing team in Johor. This role offers the chance to work on

process improvements, automation, and cost optimization

while contributing to high-quality, next-generation products.

What You'll Do

Lead and improve assembly processes for efficiency and quality. Drive cost reduction, process optimization & design improvements. Handle product structure, routing data & ISO-standard documentation. Investigate root causes of issues & resolve process challenges. Train and guide assembly technicians/supervisors. Set up new lines, review tooling designs & support vendor development.

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree/Master's in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering. 3-4+ years' experience in assembly/manufacturing processes. Proficiency in

Mandarin

(to support communication requirements). Strong ability to read engineering drawings & knowledge of pneumatic equipment. Independent, proactive, and a fast learner.

What We Offer

Salary: MYR

5,000 - 9,000
