About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

AI Engineer / Architect

to lead the design and implementation of advanced

AI-driven automation and conversational systems

.
This is a strategic and hands-on role involving

prompt engineering, data orchestration, chatbot optimization, and workflow automation

to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can automate, predict, and optimize operations -- from data analytics to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Strategy:

Design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate automation, chatbot systems, and data analytics pipelines.

Prompt & Model Engineering:

Build, test, and optimize large language model (LLM) prompts for specific business use cases (customer service, internal automation, content generation, etc.).

Automation Development:

Implement and scale automation workflows using APIs, Python scripts, or RPA tools (Zapier, Make, UiPath, or equivalent).

Chatbot Optimization:

Design and deploy intelligent chatbot systems (using OpenAI API, LangChain, Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar frameworks).

Data Integration:

Connect internal databases, CRMs, and communication tools to enhance AI-driven decision-making.

Experimentation & Evaluation:

Conduct A/B tests, fine-tuning, and model evaluation to improve output accuracy, latency, and consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities and deploy scalable solutions.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure responsible AI use, data protection, and ethical output across all deployments.

Requirements

Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in

AI development, automation engineering, or machine learning system design

. Strong programming skills in

Python

, with hands-on experience in APIs, JSON, and automation scripting. Familiar with

LLM frameworks

such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, or Anthropic SDK. Proven track record of building

chatbots or automation systems

integrated with enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of

data pipelines

vector databases

, or

knowledge embedding techniques

. Experience with

cloud environments

(AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and experimentation skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
