Job description Provide technical support to solve customer complaint.
Analyze and resolve complaints in timely manner and provide high quality of service to satisfy customer.
Perform testing and commissioning, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning system equipment.
Assist in processing daily parts claim and return parts.
Highlight technical issues face during customer service visit to Service Engineer / Team leader for product improvement.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports. Requirements :
Diploma in Engineering or relevant experience
Minimum 1 year experience in troubleshoot / repair air-condition
Posses with own transportation
Able and willing to travel around Klang Valley area Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,850.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
  • aircon technician: 1 year (Preferred)
