YOUR ROLE

Due to future expansion plans, the Air Logistics Perishable Development Manager role will play a key role in the Air Freight team continued development and success in perishable market within Malaysia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Perishables Development Manager mission is to act as main stakeholder of the perishables and reefer logistics solution development in the assigned area.
• Responsible for driving commercial growth of the Perishables business through active steering of our Sales Channels and through his own portfolio of customers, regardless of location of business control.
• Ensure the competitiveness and profitability of the product as well as ensure the proper operational handling and technical training of other team players involved in handling perishables or selling its solution.
• Work with the Cluster & Regional Product Head to negotiate best rates and allocations with relevant Airlines & department to maximize yields and provide superior services to customers to increase market share in a competitive market.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• 3 years of working experience in logistics or reefer business is and added advantage.
• Bachelor\'s degree in any related fields
• Independent and self starter with commercial mindset.
• Logistics background with strong network within the agriculture industry.
• Strong organizational, communication skills
