Job Responsibilities Include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Providing solutions for customer issues & problems
- Maintaining good relations with customers and brand
- Handling customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Candidates must be fluent in English
- Candidates must be able to work during odd hours (Rotational Night Shift)
- Candidates must have access to stable internet connection
Salary range: RM 2700 - 3000
Allowances: RM 200
